We’re giving away to one lucky person Seth Godin’s new book “Linchpin” and Chip and Dan Heath’s “Switch: How to Change Things When Change Is Hard.” Cool. You may be asking yourself, “What do I need to do?”
It’s simple. Follow these two steps and you’re golden.
- Enter your comments below about the song you think should be the number one change song of all time. (See song choices below)
- Subscribe on your right so we can notify you should you win. And for playing you’ll also get a free copy of the Change Playbook.
We’re doing this because we want to connect with our blog readers, new and not new. But not just through our written word. We want to spread wisdom that helps people become the change leader that rises above inertia and defies expectations. We’re all change leaders, so this applies to you: entrepreneurs, teachers, students, employees, CEOs, citizens, etc.
The song with the most comments will become the #1 Change Song of All Time. It’s driven by you.

This the best 15 minutes I’ve spent reading (and listening to) a blog post in a long time.
This was tough, but I’d rank them this way:
1. John Lennon
2. Michael Jackson
3. John Legend
It was just impossible to vote for anyone else but John Lennon. “Imagine” is an inspiring classic that will undoubtedly live on for years – which makes it the perfect choice for the “All Time” designation.
Great post!

Hi Ed, now you see why I turned to our readers for input. It was definitely tough to select one song. And we’re thrilled that the time was well spent on reading/listening to the blog. You’re a busy man and time is precious.
