When industry norms start to die, people panic. The need to change becomes obvious and necessary. Still, there are often 2 groups of people in the affected companies – those that refuse to change, and those that think EVERYTHING must change in order succeed. Both are wrong – and it prevents any of them from making any kind of change at all.

I’d love to see you explore different strategies for dealing these types of people – and any others you’ve worked with at Achieved Strategies.

Ed what a great topic. One of the hardest aspects to work through in a change program is helping people see how their behavior is getting in the way of their success and the organizations.
This would make an interesting blog series. And one that we’ll take on. Thank you for the suggesion.
